Oh so glad to know she was able to get out of the house without problem, no one stopped her, Riley's feet went onto autopilot and she led herself to the mall. Such a girls heaven.
Riley wandered around the mall at a snails pace looking through every store window she passed, not realising she'd collided with someone until it happened and she stumbled backwards.
"Oh, I'm...hey, sorry. Didn't hurt you did I?"

Ohmygawd! "Oh I know you now, wow, and it wasn't that long ago." She beamed, looking over the old friend. "So what you doing here, and Xaviers?..." Riley trailed off, the answer to that question was probably obvious, though right now she had to be careful of what words fell from her mouth. " You're in the school too? When did you get there?" Riley asked cautious of eavesdroppers.

She dropped her voice dangerously low.
"Wolverine found me wandering around in the park and promised me that he would teach me to control my powers. My parents disowned me when they found out that I was a mutant. I ran away, I was living on my own when Wolverine found asleep in the park."

"Your parents kicked you out? The same kinda happened to me." Riley frowned "Though I wasn't living on my own or anything like that, they shipped me off to this school."
Riley herself couldn't imagine being alone like that and living on the streets for any longer than a night, the idea was horrible to her.
"Well, isn't that lucky that you were found and all..." Again her voice dropped down to a little above a whisper so that no one could over-hear them in the crowded mall "What can you do? I'm able to change into animals stuff, I don't know what that will grow to."
